    • A: Yes! We live and work in Lebanon County. Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We’ve been managing properties and providing real estate services in Lebanon for over 15 years!
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?
    • A: Yes, all of our owners are provided with the MPL Tenant Hotline with 24/7 access.
  • Q: Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
    • A: No, that Decision is completely up to you.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?
    • A: Yes, we are a full service real estate firm.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?
    • A: As of right now, we mail the rental income by traditional check with the statement to you around the 15th of every month (although this can vary owner to owner).
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
    • A: Once the necessary paperwork is completed and we obtain access to the property and any current lease agreements, we can start as soon as needed.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?
    • A: We manage residential and commercial properties.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
    • A: Owners are provided an Income Statement monthly.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease and/or sign it?
    • A: As your broker, we sign the lease agreements and all paperwork. At your request, we will provide you a copy.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
    • A: MPL Rentals retains the security deposit in an escrow account according to PA law.
