MPL Property Management Rates

  • Monthly Property Management - We charge a % of the Monthly Collected Rent.
  • Tenant Placement - One time fee of 70% of First Month's Rent.

Our Management Services include:

  • Our applications cover personal information, employment history, rental history and criminal background checks. MPL's tenant application is filled with detailed questions to properly screen tenants.

Handling the Collection of Rent Payments

  • MPL offers online rent payments to tenants through our Tenant Portal, or they can drop off money orders/cash at our office.

Scheduling Maintenance

  • Our tenants and owners have 24/7 access to our MPL Tenant Hotline that can be used to schedule maintenance requests. Once a request is put in, it is reviewed and handled accordingly, depending on the needs of the situation.

Performing Service Calls

  • MPL has reputable contractors for all fields of service including HVAC,Roofing, Electricians, Plumbing and more! MPL let's you contact your own contractors if you would prefer.

Performing Routine Inspections

  • MPL performs routine inspections on all of our properties. This prevents small issues from developing into more serious issues and keeps us updated on the state of the property, which can save thousands of dollars.

24/7 MPL Tenant Hotline

  • We are available to contact for all tenants and owners through our MPL Tenant Hotline. We can take emergency calls 24 hours a day, any day of the week.

Evictions

  • Whenever it is necessary where a tenant breaks the lease agreement, MPL will file all needed paperwork and represent the owner. This makes it easier for the owner to have peace of mind.
